Techniques: Always try and square off the product being wrapped (Turn your packed product into a square). This gives strength to any protrusions on the product and will help eliminate breaks.Line your carton with bubble (larger jumbo bubble is recommended here to provide superior cushioning). This is done by laying two strips of jumbo bubble across the top of the carton in an ‘x’ and then placing the products into the carton. This provides cushioning around the entire product.

THE KEY ELEMENT IN PROTECTING YOUR PRODUCT FROM DAMAGE IS MAKING SURE YOUR PRODUCT IS TIGHTLY PACKED AND THERE IS NO MOVEMENT WITHIN THE CARTON.

Tuffwrap is the ultimate in providing protection in a single wrap. Tuffwrap is made up of three layers laminated together as one; an inside layer of kraft paper to provide surface protection,
a polybubble layer to provide cushioning and an outer layer of white co-extruded film making the product very strong, stopping any tearing or puncturing. It also conforms and molds around unusual or hard to wrap products.
